Heli-Ski AdventurE

Big-mountain terrain, deep snow, and one of the most established heli-ski environments in the world. A premium powder experience designed for confident skiers looking to access terrain they simply couldn’t reach on their own.

Heli-skiing in British Columbia is widely considered the benchmark for this style of skiing. Days are built around accessing remote terrain by helicopter, skiing multiple runs across a mix of alpine bowls and tree lines, before returning to a lodge or hotel base.

Small groups exploring some of the best heli-ski terrain in the world. Delivered in partnership with leading heli-ski operators in British Columbia.

WHY CANADA?

Canada is widely considered the most reliable and complete heli-ski destination in the world.

  • Consistent snow conditions across the season

  • Tree skiing available in poor visibility

  • Well-established operations and safety standards

  • Smooth, lodge-based experience with strong hospitality

It’s one of the most dependable destinations for both first-time heli skiers and experienced groups.

Typical Trip Structure

Most Canada trips are built around a five-day heli-ski programme, designed to balance skiing intensity with recovery and overall experience.

  • 5 full heli-ski days

  • Multiple runs per day (typically 8–10 descents)

  • Mix of alpine and tree skiing depending on conditions

  • Evenings based around lodge or town accommodation

  • You should have a good level of fitness and be comfortable skiing multiple runs per day in variable snow. You don’t need to be an athlete, but you should be able to ski confidently for several hours.

  • Heli-skiing is weather dependent. In poor visibility, operators will often use tree skiing zones where possible. If flying isn’t possible, alternative skiing options may be arranged depending on location.

  • Most days include multiple heli drops, typically around 8–10 runs depending on conditions, group ability, and vertical usage.

  • You’ll need appropriate powder skis and off-piste gear. Safety equipment (such as avalanche transceivers, airbags, etc.) is typically provided, but we’ll guide you on exactly what to bring before the trip.
