Return airport transfers between Skopje Airport and Hotel Inlier Lodge are included within your trip package. Transfer details and meeting instructions will be provided prior to departure. The journey takes approximately one hour and offers a scenic introduction to the mountains of North Macedonia.

Flights are not included within the package price, allowing guests the flexibility to travel from their preferred airport. We will provide recommended flights from the UK which align with the group transfer times. Current return fares are expected to be approximately £130-£200 per person.

Your trip will be accompanied by experienced UNIQ X hosts who will assist throughout the experience both on and off the mountain. Local mountain guides will lead all cat-skiing activities and provide expert knowledge of the terrain, snow conditions, and safety procedures.

Guests will stay together at Hotel Arena Teteks, creating a relaxed and sociable atmosphere throughout the trip. Accommodation is based on twin-share rooms as standard, with room allocations made according to gender or with friends, couples, and family members where requested. Single occupancy rooms may be available for an additional supplement, subject to availability.

Comprehensive winter sports travel insurance is mandatory for all participants.

Your policy must include cover for:

• Off-piste skiing with a guide

• Cat-skiing activities

• Avalanche rescue and helicopter evacuation

• Medical expenses and repatriation

We also strongly recommend choosing a policy that provides cover for unused services due to injury, illness, or unforeseen mountain closures.

If you’re travelling from the UK, we also recommend applying for a Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC) before departure. Whilst this does not replace travel insurance, it may provide access to state healthcare in participating European countries. Applications are free via the NHS website.

Please provide a digital copy of your insurance policy to the UNIQ X team prior to departure. This allows us to confirm that the appropriate level of cover is in place before your trip begins.

To secure your place, we’ll then issue your booking confirmation along with a deposit invoice and all the information you’ll need ahead of departure. Final joining instructions, travel information, and pre-trip guidance will be sent closer to the event.

These documents will be held securely and used solely for trip administration and emergency purposes.
